I am a first-time customer who made a purchase a few weeks ago. Aside from the beautiful items this store sells, what really makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service. The tennis bracelet I ordered – which I love – was too big/loose for my wrist. When I emailed about exchanging it for the smaller size, I received a reply within 24 hours and the lovely person who replied immediately sent me the same bracelet in a smaller size so I could compare and keep the one that fit me best (vs sending bracelets back and forth.) In this age where customer service at so many businesses has declined – especially since the pandemic – it was refreshing to receive this kind of service. It has been a pleasure to deal with Gemberry!
