RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We hope you love your purchase from Gemberry, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund if:
-It was never worn
-It’s not damaged
-It is in the original packaging with the Tag Attached.
(If the item you are returning is not in the original packaging that you received it in, or if the tag is not attached to the item, you will not receive a refund.)

The date of return must be within 7 days of In-Store Purchase or Delivery Date.
After 7 days of purchase/delivery, the item is exchangeable for store credit for up to 14 days. After 14 days, you can not return any item for a refund, or store credit.

HOLIDAY SEASON:
IF AN ITEM IS PURCHASED BEFORE A HOLIDAY, THE ABOVE POLICY WILL APPLY EVEN IF WE ARE CLOSED. PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE THE RETURN FRAME IS OVER AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU AFTER THE HOLIDAY.

To make things easier for our customers, all Gemberry sale items follow the same policy as listed above.

HOW TO RETURN:
We offer free return shipping on all our shipments. Simply e-mail us at info@thegemberry.com with your order number and we will send you a complimentary return label. (Return requests must be within 7 days for returns and within 14 days for store credit or exchange within the US.) ONCE A RETURN LABEL WAS ISSUED THE ITEM WILL NEED TO BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS.
